Has worked in automation since 2015 and writes the code for the agents we build. His focus is integrating agentic systems into business processes, and local AI systems for cases where the data must not leave the company. The other half of his work is visibility: classic SEO and GEO — being present in the answers ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews give, not just in the list of links below them.

A pharmacist by training, which in practice means he comes from a field where a mistake has consequences and review processes are not optional. He handles technical quality, escalation rules, and the question of what a person must still decide when the work is regulated.
