AI agents working inside existing business software

AI agents for real business processes

AI agents that answer enquiries, book appointments and qualify leads.

Built for companies of 10 to 100 people where calls, emails and tickets pile up. We put agents inside the systems your team already uses — as a scoped 30-day pilot at a fixed price.

  • Wired into the phone system, CRM and calendar you already use
  • A scoped pilot instead of a platform migration
  • Data hosted in the EU, with an explicit handover to a person

How it works

Four steps, one process at a time.

We start from the process that is costing you time, not from the tool. That keeps the scope small and the result measurable.

  1. 1

    Process assessment

We pick one process that is costing you time today — unanswered calls, a backed-up inbox, repeat tickets — and measure volume and handling time before changing anything.

  2. 2

    30-day pilot

We build the agent inside your current stack, with a fixed scope and a fixed price. No migration, no software to rip out.

  3. 3

    Measured against the baseline

At the end of the pilot we compare against the baseline we recorded on day one. If the numbers do not justify running it, we say so.

  4. 4

    Controlled operation

The agent goes live with monitoring, escalation rules and a defined handover to a person whenever a case needs judgment.

Pricing

A fixed pilot price, agreed before we start.

$30,00030 days · one process

Not “starting from”. The scope is fixed on day one and so is the number — that is the whole point. A second or third process is quoted separately, which is what keeps the figure a commitment rather than an opening position.

How the number is put together, and why published figures run from $10,000 to $450,000

What the pilot includes

  • Process assessment and a measurable baseline
  • The agent built on your existing systems
  • Escalation rules to a person, defined in writing
  • Closing measurement and a straight recommendation on whether to continue

FAQ

What people ask before deciding.

Do we have to replace our current software?
No. The agent connects to what your team already operates: phone system, CRM, calendar and email. The pilot is deliberately designed to avoid a migration.
How long does it take to go live?
The pilot runs 30 days with the scope fixed on day one. That window covers the process assessment, building the agent, and measuring against the initial baseline.
Where is our data hosted?
On infrastructure located in the European Union. Before the pilot starts we put in writing which data the agent touches and which it does not.
What happens when the agent cannot answer?
It escalates to a person. Escalation rules are defined during the assessment and are part of the pilot scope, not an add-on afterwards.
You are based in Berlin — how does that work across time zones?
Meetings are scheduled in your time zone. The team works in English, Spanish and German, and the written record of the project is kept in your working language.
What does it cost?
$30,000 for the 30-day pilot. That covers one process end to end: the assessment, the agent built inside your existing systems, the escalation rules, and the closing measurement against the baseline. The scope is fixed on day one, so the number does not move. A second or third process is quoted separately.
